Started in a Corp Dev role a few weeks ago, about a month, but started to get hit up about roles I previously applied for that I would rather take. New role isn't on my resume or Linkedin. I don't want to halt any processes too early if I tell them, but also don't want to create an issue if there's ever an offer and it comes up during background checks or something like that. What's usually protocol?
