EB Diversity Programs
Does anyone know how the diversity programs at EBs work? Specifically Evercore, PJT, Moelis, PWP, Lazard. They are vague in their descriptions and I want to know if they lead to automatic interviews/superdays? How technical do these interviews get? Would love to hear from someone who went through the process. Also sad I have to say this but please dont flood this thread with your personal opinion on these programs
EBs are usually more technical than BBs.
And yes, most diversity programs lead to a superday or at least guaranteed first rounds
