FT Recruiting Interview Prep

Hi all, I'm a current junior preparing for FT IB recruiting this summer. I'm sure the technical components of the interview are going to be more intense and they will expect more of me. Given that I have no prior IB experience, which resources would you recommend, and is there something else you wish you had done or known for FT recruiting that you'd like me to know?

Thank you all, I appreciate any and all advice.

I interviewed at a few EBs and MMs and actually found it to be of a very similar technical difficulty to SA recruiting.

That's very interesting to hear, I haven't heard anyone else say that. What would you say were the biggest differences during the whole process for you, and did it end up working out for you?

Well, the biggest difference for me was having to navigate the "did you get a return offer/why not" thing.

The technicals really weren't hard. I think the hard part was having to research like 10 different sectors because you'd have no idea if it's Evercore PCA that'll put up a posting, or PJT capital markets, or Deutsche tech, etc. But really the guides + speaking intelligently about why you have an interest in that group sufficed. I got two offers and got really far in a lot of processes.
