Getting a job in Europe?

Hi all,

I am a 2nd year BB AM analyst. I am an American citizen and want to go work in Europe. I have traveled extensively visiting family - parents are from Slovenia - and I want to work in Portugal, Spain, France etc. What can I do to set myself up for this? Are my only options to seek an internal transfer in which case I may have be behind because I can’t learn a language quickly in order to interview? Or should I opt for a European MBA like Insead, LBS etc.
