How difficult is to get employed in Wallstreet for EU graduates?
I have a bachelor and master’s degrees from TOP 10 UK universities with economics, banking and finance majors. Currently I work in the Norwegian capital private equity company as an investment analyst for almost a year. However, I feel a lack of challenges and ability to exploit my potential and would like to try to pursue career in US. Where should I start? Do I have to look particularly in the companies that do support employment Visa? Or Visa is not the most important requirement like good education and skills?

If you aren't applying through a regular analyst/associate program, you will need a connection or a headhunter. It isn't impossible, but you will need some serious determination. Why not look for something in London?
As far as I know the fact that you lack a Visa is of serious hindrance. In theory/practice, why would somebody support anyone from the EU (a fresh person not associated with the firm) if there's a tremendous amount of talent floating around in the US already?
Unless you bring something truly unique to the table, do an office transfer within the same company or sort a Visa for yourself, then it's definitely going to be very hard. Not an expert on the topic, so hopefully others will say something more optimistic.
Although I echo the above poster, why not London? NYC or any other financial hub in the US doesn't really present any more opportunities and/or challenges than London.
