IB Internship between Bachelors and 1-year master EMEA

I'm about to start applying for IBD internships for summer '17, but I have a questions as to how to go about explaining my educational situation in my resume. I'm about to start my final year of a bachelors degree (international business) in Scandinavia, but i'm looking to a 1-year finance master at an esteemed business school in EMEA. I'm currently looking at LBS, LSE, Cass, ESADE and HEC. I'm fairly certain i'll get in at one or more of these schools, as a good part of recent alums from my bachelors have gotten in, and I have similar or better resumes than most of them (4th highest GPA out of 150 students at my bachelors, worked a student job in Nordic bank, and currently doing an ER internship at another Nordic bank). I'm also testing in the 720-760 range for the GMAT. My real question is then:

Will HR accept that i'm de-facto a penultimate year student when i'm in between last year of bachelors and one year of masters, or will I be at a disadvantage relative to "regular" penultimate year student (ie starting their 3rd out of 4 years of bachelors). What is the most effective way to convey on my resume that I am in fact a penultimate year student? Will it require that i spend an extra sentence on it, or am i overthinking this?

Thanks in advance
