Internal networking at BB as teller

Hypothetically working as a teller at JPMC, how would you leverage the company phonebook to network for IB? Pretty ballsy already (emailed Dimon after meeting him - no response). Also have the added benefit of potential coffee chats being in a hub city (think Houston/Columbus/Chicago) as I am aware that there are some IB/Traders that work here.

Currently attending non target as rising freshman for business. Is there anything else besides painfully going through org charts to find random employees? Goal is to get a reference for junior/senior year SA or CADP.
