I am considering lateraling to jefferies singapore. Can anyone shed some light into their culture, deal flow and comp vs. BBs, presence and recent developments in APAC? I am assuming dynamics in the market are different from the US. I have heard some cs people have moved there and trying to figure out what they have considered other than a forced exit due to merger.
