M&A FDD VS Capital One

Hello everyone,
I have two competing job offers and I have 2 weeks to accept. It is M&A FDD outside of the big4 (Think RSM, Grant Thornton, BDO) or Capital One finance rotational associate.
Not sure what I want to do with life, and what should be better for an overall broad exit opportunity.

Thanks
