Need advice

Currently at one of the Big 4's, finished the grad scheme in audit and have obtained my ACA (first time passes if that matters). The end goal is IB. ideally would move going internally to TS/Transactions/M&A and then make the jump across after a couple of years. However the market is terrible and internal transfers are basically frozen/cuts being made.

Any advice on what I can do as I am feeling pretty stuck at the moment and spending more time in audit is the last thing I want? Do you think the market and jobs will pick up in H2, shall I wait it out till then?
