Networking Worth It???
Is networking at BBs necessary for internship recruitment?Current sophomore at a good semi target. Started networking and preparing for the upcoming 2024 IB internship recruitment. Have been networking decently heavy at EBs and starting at the BBs now. Heard from some upperclassman that networking is essential at EBs but not at all for BBs since they do not take networking into account for the applications.Is this at all true and how is networking weighed at the BBs?
