Non-target origin

Hi all,

almost every topic in this group mentions you have to be from a target University/College to get to a good role. I bet there are thousands of people who are from non-target schools that made it to the top positions despite all odds.

My background is very average University in the UK, degree in International Business. I comefrom EU, but I live in London and made it to B4 Audit in London. I am pursuing ACA (nearly qualified). My aim is to move to either IB, PE, M&A, or CF.

Is there a way for me to succeed and get to one of these as well? Thanks!
