Off-Cycle intership decision

Hi all,

I have received 2 off-cycle internships:

What do you think is the best option especially in terms of conversion rates and exit opportunities?

Thank you so much if you can help me :)

UK M&A have one of the best culture at MS and one of the best exits.

Thank you that's helpful, do you think the chances of getting retained as an analyst are still high even if you are not English?

If you are good, then yes. Would argue conversion will be easier for MS than for Jefferies. There are good amount of non-UK people in the UK M&A team and if you have good performance they can always convert you into another team.

I doubt about the culture thing. Definitely MS UK M&A is strong but culture is rough too!

Have friends who have worked in the team, they work the least of all IBD teams at MS.
