Opportunities After Pre-Experience MSF? What Are My Options?

I recently graduated from a non-target with a low GPA. After graduation I got a solid Analyst job at a local AM (3-5b AUM). I decided to apply for (and fortunately got accepted to) a really good pre-experience MSF program to get a target and a better GPA in hopes of going to a top b-school or JD/MBA program down the line. Currently I'm struggling to decide what to do after the MSF. My current firm has asked me to consider returning after graduation, and previous analysts have placed well for b-school. But the pay is below street, and I'm very interested in IB or RX, with an eventual transition to PE or starting my own fund. Should I be applying to SA IB positions or FT? Would I be shooting myself in the foot by foregoing a return offer at my current firm? Should I look for a better opportunity at another AM and stay in AM with the goal of getting a top MBA and then IB Associate? Any advice would be appreciated, if more context is needed I would be happy to add.

additional details: 25 y/o, 3 yrs WE (2 consulting, 1 investment management), very strong undergrad extracurricular/leadership, poor GPA, non-target UG, solid GMAT.
