Professional pokerplayer looking for an internship

Hey guys,

i graduated last summer from a mediocre uni in Germany (in business and economics) and moved to the UK to pursue my dream job of being a pokerplayer. I started playing while being in school, therefore i played during my studies and because i have been making decent money of it i never wanted to do an internship or work in a regular job after finishing. For several reasons (while still having decent results in poker) this changed after moving to the UK pretty quickly and i started to look for internships in banking as it is the subject i picked all my electives in and found most interesting in general. I secured an internship in Risk Management (my bachelor thesis area), which was supposed to start in August 2020. However this was cancelled due to coronavirus and now im kind of lost as i cant seem to get any interviews anymore 14 months after graduation. I try to educate myself further with podcasts, books and (coding)courses, but this does not seem to help.

I would really like to get some work experience before pursuing a Master's, but understandably my CV does not look very appealing to HR.

Is being a successful poker player an asset at all? Is it worth applying anymore or is my only option doing a master's?

Thanks in advance
