Realistic look for a non-traditional International - Help

so here is the deal..
25 yo law graduate from eastern europe, been in the US for 2 years.

Going for a year in a CC, called the best in the US, here in the Bay Area, I'll get some math and econ/finance courses(due to lacking a background) so I can be admitted into MSF programs. Plan is to make a career change to Finance.
Experience is limited to law during school, only one non-law related internship is in a SF based startup for 3 months except bartending in the Jersey Shore for a summer. Currently working remote in my uncle's law office for M&A deals. Mostly helping Middle Eastern oil richies to acquire local businesses.
In the best scenario, I will finish the MSF as a 27 year old with no finance experience and no long term experience in any field. Hoping the market will be better than now.. What are the chances to make it to the IB? Is it worth of paying more than 65k to the Vanderbilt, UTexas Austin or a similar Top MSF program?
My end goal is to work for a VC or HF.
Help a brother out with your experience.
