Things to Consider Before Turning Down an Offer

I am lucky to have gotten an offer for SA 2022 at a top MM (WB/Baird) but was curious what the thought process is before even thinking about turning down an offer. In my case, none of the BBs (where I am a target at) have started recruiting for non-diversity or are just now getting started and would love insight from others who were in my shoes and had to make a tough decision about taking an offer and potentially selling themselves short.

Definitely trying to expedite processes as of now but am curious if you have any info on reneging. I didn't get this offer through OCR and haven't told anyone about it so what are the chances I get fucked?
