Which is better? if any
I have the choice of applying for a Goldman Sachs operations analyst position or Goldman Sachs credit risk specialist? My goal is to work in equity research or end up in a hedge fund. Which position will help me achieve my goal?
Risk.
apply for everything- is there a limitation? if so, probably go with credit risk- operations if you work in derivatives could be good also (a number of senior managers I've worked for in the past in fixed income derivatives trading started in operations for example).

What about a position as a Finance (Controller) Analyst? I would apply to all three positions but I feel the recruiter wouldn't take me seriously. Instead if I apply to 1, I stand a better chance.
