Been working at a BB in Wealth Management Ops specifically Retail Lending. About to reach my 2 year mark and looking to move into a more Investment Management/Public Markets role. Currently studying for CFA exam level 1. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Chances of advancing out operations?
