Hair - To Flow or Not to Flow?

Currently interning in a relaxed professional IB environment, so presentation isn't the most important thing in the world

Hair is getting a bit long

Originally from Baltimore, and a Vanderbilt undergrad, so the flow is embraced rather well in both environments, but I think it may be a bit youthful for future IB circumstances, most notably looking for full time hires, etc.

Thoughts on a hairstyle choice that is flow-friendly but clean enough for the office?

Photos, descriptions, links, please

Neal Caffrey

Neal Caffrey's flow is official, indeed, however, I have no idea what he does to style his hair/what he puts in it because although it is a bit long, it spectacularly defies gravity

I have the blonde version of his hair. I have naturally thick, wavy hair (becomes apparent after 2 inches). I use Crew Fiber to shape it neatly (looks unprofessional if I don't use anything to tame it). There's no shine in Fiber, so you don't look like a gay ("Not that there's anything wrong with that" - Seinfeld).

You are very fortunate to have the thickness and wavyness, i'm only working with straight thin brown hair, so it it's a bit heavy and lacks volume, however the fiber does seem as if it could be promising

Is this WSO or the Zac Efron fan club forum?

While the full out lax lettuce/balti that you're probably rocking now might not cut it, a slightly tamed frat shag like this: http://0.tqn.com/d/menshair/1/6/C/6/-/-/long10.jpg should be fine on most desks. If they picked you up out of Vandy with your flow I'm sure the desk is collegiate enough to handle it now.

Looks a bit juvenile to me, I was thinking something shorter/cleaner, although that is the certified mini-Balti indeed
