Capital One Commercial Rotation Associate Program

I have a Powerday (Capital One's Equivalent of a Super Day) in a few weeks for Capital One's Commercial Rotation Associate Program. There are opportunities to rotate through quite a few groups, including Capital Markets, Healthcare Real Estate, Commercial Real Estate, Energy Banking, FIG, and Middle Market Banking. Does anyone have any experience in this position and could offer some more insight into it, specifically into the nature of the work in some of the groups? I'm also curious what the exit opps could look like

Hey! I recently accepted my full time offer for the same program for Capital One but am also curious about exit ops. I'm not sure what your career ambitions are but I am very interested in commercial banking and aspire to be a RM at some point (I know others go on to be portfolio managers or move into other functions). Capital One's was significantly greater than the other offers I got from other banks (Wells, PNC, Truist, etc.) and was a big deciding factor for me.
