Best Chicago BBs / EBs to exit to MF Chicago PE or NYC PE?

Have a few offers from Chicago based investment banks with my long-term goal to end up in MF PE in Chicago or preferably New York (More firms out there) and was wondering what offers to go with. Have offers from banks like Lazard, Bank of America, and Greenhill.

Is it big Lazard or Lazard MM? If the former, then laz by far. Otherwise BofA and Greenhill should both get you looks.

Bigger Lazard - Only thing holding me back is the RX focus, was leaning toward's Greenhill due to the global M&A focus of the team

RX focus as in you have an offer from Lazard RX or that David Kurtz just happens to sit in Chicago? Don't think the latter is an issue and if the former they exit pretty well  Sixth Street and Apollo Hybrid Value were the exits a year ago.
