Chicago Infrastructure Funds

Hi all, I'm a 2nd year analyst at a reputable bank in Chicago. I've been looking at private equity options here and it seems fairly limited. There are a handful of firms that are commonly discussed when it comes to Chicago. Two firms I haven't seen much of anything are Harrison Street and Ullico. It looks like both of them started off in the real estate space but they also have Infrastructure Funds. They are also both hiring for associate roles right now.

I'm pretty interested in learning more about these funds specifically as Ive already done a lot of reading here about infra PE in general. It seems like Harrison Street has ~$2B AUM for infra and Ullico has $4-5B AUM for infra. So they appear to be sizeable/legit shops.

Does anyone have experience working with them and can provide any info?

do you happen to know their salary ranges?
