Help me adjusting the B/S in LBO

Please help me with adjusting B/S on SHE’s side.

The company I’m working on is a public company and is being taken private. There are so many items on the shareholder’s equity side (such as share premium, capital redemption reserves, separate line for another reserves, etc.) that I’m not exactly sure how to adjust for? Should I just take the total equity value and adjust it for new equity contribution or which of the items should remain?
