Career Resources
Not gospel here & different for everyone, but maybe a good way to start is finding ways to mix in hobbies into your daily routine.
I feel like many folks get to this point (me included) and start thinking very black & white - is this for me or not? Should I switch careers? Is this what I want to do with my life?
Though all important questions in the grand scheme of things, the truth of the matter is that this “path” / career is a very privileged one, despite the negatives / confusion it brings at times which is present in any job & any industry.
So maybe the brief solution is diversifying / mixing in other hobbies where possible. Cooking, sports / working out, trying new restaurants, picking up an instrument, hiking, dancing, photography, video games, etc. something that you truly get passionate about, gives you a slight “fix”, so you can keep your sanity, perspective that your job isn’t your life - all in all so you can benefit from the many positives that this path gives you.
I similarly hit the same point you have, found ways to pick up some of the above hobbies, and those have helped me ride the unavoidable waves of not “knowing” if this is for me / the times where I lose that fire for the job. Still a work in progress, but something I’ve found works in the short term.
