Jesus, don't you guys have homework to be doing? Good luck landing a job at any of these funds - they are all extremely well regarded, pay well, and will put you in a position to punch your ticket for an MBA and more.

If your biggest problem is whether or not to take an offer at KKR or Bain Capital, you don't have problems.

- Capt K - "Prestige is like a powerful magnet that warps even your beliefs about what you enjoy. If you want to make ambitious people waste their time on errands, bait the hook with prestige." - Paul Graham

Seriously. All these places are among the 5-6 best funds in the world. They cover just about every space and have all kinds of funds to invest through. They're also all sweatshops. Bain goes into excruciating diligence on every deal, while KKR and Carlyle associates generally are working banking or worse hours themselves. The offices at all the places are also highly political - unsurprising, given how much money is involved with moving up the ranks.

Like CaptK said, you should be thrilled if you end up with offers at any place. if you manage to get one at a couple of them, just go with whichever culture fits you best, or whichever allows you to work in a space you're most interested in.
