LBO Bio-medical company

I have intimate knollege of a bio-med company that is traded on the OTCBB...its shares sent up from .04 to .0159 in the last month...it has a market cap of only 600K....I am friends (climbing expedtions etc.._) with someone who raised money for the firm and was on the Board (he is on the board of 15 other companies) NutraPharma (he's on that board) was going to buy it and take it private with a 600K offer. Unfortunatley (or fortunatly for me/us) the deal went south when one of the analysts got greedy and Mike (my Friend On the Board) basically said F you to the guy...any went on to bigger projects (just closed a 4B lojistics deal..very strong...took a year to do it)... ANYWAY...I am free to pursue this deal and I wish to connect with with the right players to do the model...atttorneys and LBO expert.. Am willing to share the rather substancial equity in this deal....its probably a 2 to3 dollar stock in 1 to 2 years as it has an FDA approved early cancer detection test that will become the standard required test in te next few years (I have companies that mike is a board member of that has a testing facility/bio-med company with equipment and established relationships with hospitals around the globe....(I believe thaey have over 750 hospitals world wide...) Anyway, there is a brief synopsis of the deal..I looking for some srtong players to make this happen...its an amazing opportunity... So, if anyone out there is interested (and has the talent , horse power and experience to do this thing) I would be very interested to talk with you.. Anyone interested respond. at your earliest...I look forward to any responses and/or input..thanks much.

Best,

Thanks much people...hope to hear back.

I'm skeptical. I work in leveraged finance and we spread comps on pharma deals that were out there last week, & we would've picked up an undervalue like this if it was legitimate. It sounds like this deals not actually there, legal issues, or it just doesn't have the legs to be worth it.

Banks tend to do deals with legit/firms/entreprenuers that they can call up a reliable source and get the scoop. If your guys already aren't in a network to find this on their own they've probably skipped a lot of details that's indicative of people that don't know what they're doing. I could be very wrong, but it doesn't pass the sniff test.
