LLR Partners

Ladies and gents,

I'm from Philadelphia and had a genuine interest in learning more about LLR Partners. If anyone can provide any type of anecdotal experience regarding company culture and workflow it would be greatly appreciated. Interested in LMM/MM PE Funds

Did an SD there for the 2024 cycle. Was invited to their office in person and had great communication from them throughout the process. Culture is great, got to speak with analysts all the way to a partner. They seem to really care about developing junior talent. Can't speak too much to their deal flow, but it was overall a super enjoyable experience.

High quality firm. Lot of development opportunities for junior people. Strategy (lots of platforms, lots of add-ons) creates good learning experiences. People like it there.
