Nobody really talks about how to prep for one hour case presentation

Appearing for a case where apparently there is a lot of emphasis on understanding of how the industry and business really works during modelling (LBO) and presentation round.
Can you share what kind of questions one should expect and how to prep for it? I know that the interviewers are expected to test assumptions but what does that mean lol
