Rx Consulting to PE

Has anyone made the jump or know someone who made the jump from a top Rx Consulting firm (think A&M, Alix Partners, etc.) to PE?

If so how were the barriers to entry ? What are the skills that are transferable and what are the skills that a Rx Consultant might be missing ?
