Starting as analyst in a new fund

I have 1 year internship experience in IB (BB) and 6 months internship in a MF

I was interested in joining as an analyst a brand new fund, with the idea that being at the start of a PE fund could be really interesting

How do you guys think I should approach it? (Think for example about a new smallcap fund that just raised €100m, with 2 founders/partners)
