I have a background in finance, having done internships in investment banking and private equity. However, after my time in PE I realized that I am more interested in strategy/operations. I came across an internship from Alvarez & Marsal within their Private Equity Performance Improvement division and it seemed quite interesting. What are your thoughts on the firm and division?
