Transition to PE

Hey everyone - I made the switch from coverage at MS/JP to UMM PE and think the transition has been a lot harder than I thought. I was top bucket both years and enjoyed the work a lot. I think the lost camaraderie + new team + imposter syndrome is leading to pretty big underperformance. Any advice / anyone has similar feelings?

SLOW DOWN TO CATCH UP

I was in your position and sometimes still now feel it once in a while. I would simply say take it a step at a time, i know it's easier said than done since it usually feels like there's always something on the to do list. But just try to take your time with the work. Do you feel like you're on an island? Are there other associates that you can lean one? are the VPs helping you get up the learning curve? What are you struggling with the most?
