Upper MM IB or Small Private Equity

I have the opportunity for both a PE & IB summer position, but weighing the pros and cons of each is difficult -NEEDING ADVICE.

I'm from a non-target with a SA offer from an IB in NYC and also a PE shop in Seattle. The IB is upper middle market that's all I'll say. The PE shop, however, is involved solely in commercial real-estate, which I don't have an issue with but the limited exposure kinda sucks. This firm has done over $10 billion in deals and currently has just under $2 billion AUM. I don't want to fully corner my career into real estate for life, but the idea of going buy side immediately sounds pretty nice. Better hours and similar pay to the IB position. LMK what you think! Thanks
