Vista 2023 - Culture, Comp, etc...?

Wanted an updated thread on Vista in 2023 to talk about culture, Hours, comp, etc... A lot has been said about comp at the analyst and associate level so not particularly interested in that (though some more details and info on VP comp would also be interesting).

More so interested in the cultural state of Vista, especially the Austin office. Previous comments seem to be a mix of it's below average, or it's improving and making strides w WFH policy. Just wanted to get a sense for what it's like. Obviously these guys are super good at what they do and there's a strong mentorship culture, but I don't get the sense that the culture is as good as some people make it seem. Who knows, would really appreciate some insights!

Hey Summer Associate in IB - Gen, I swear if I had a silver banana for every lonely thread I posted too I'd be richer than @compbanker ...

More suggestions...

I hope those threads give you a bit more insight.
