Currently CRE valuations with bachelor degree in business property, should I move into REPE or Fund Analyst role?
Current comp in valuations is 200k all in. Want to be a developer and go out on my own after couple projects. Worth moving into analyst position into a fund? Feel like its a bit of a career step down. True or?
