Debt Strategies Group - Real Estate

I recently came across a "Debt Strategies Group" analyst role at a mid-sized firm (Black-stone, MetLife, JPM).  & was able to land an interview. Currently a financial analyst at a medium sized bank doing basic accounting duties & budget analysis so I'm new to the real estate world.   1. Salary/Bonus: What does the salary in a role like this look like? Currently making about 85k + 7% bonus, however I am not too concerned about taking a pay-cut for a role I'll enjoy.
