Its pretty straight forward just like any other country. For say a town house, you can contact a listing agent who arranges the transaction. For security reasons you can commission a lawyer to act on your behalf in the transaction. There are taxes involved during transfer-stamp duty but unless your acquisition is a complex multi-user property charged to a financial institution, the sale should be straight forward.

Yes. We are negotiating a GMP for a 45-story office tower with 15 levels of below grade parking in Nairobi. Warner Music has expressed interest in being the anchor tenant. We are also trading LOIs with Chipotle and Spread, an avocado toast start-up with little credit history but an insane Instagram following. The exterior curtainwall is going to be integrated with a vertical urban potato farm to get us to LEED Platinum. We are also widening the exterior streets to accommodate Uber drop-off, as well as knock-out panels for future stairs that may be built for future driverless hovercraft.

Backwards idiots still suffering from stereotype driven myopia. Don't bitch when you miss out losers.

You truly are beyond delusional and exceptionally petty! I have been to more African countries that you can name. This included a project involving your countryman, Ismail Ahmed.

However, by examining your post history, I can't blame you. You spent your whole life sheltered in a compound.
