Financial Modeling Interview Test for CRE

Disclaimer: I know there are tons of threads on here about courses you can take, but I don't really have time to take a course as the interview is coming up next week. I am a graduate student, work two jobs, plus we're rounding the bend of finals week.

The good news is that I have four hours to complete the test and I'm not even taking it on site. I'm allowed to use the internet and what not. I'm somewhat used to doing financial modeling, however the models we use at work are pretty damn basic. The excel test will cover multi year cash flows, npv, irr, etc and will determine whether or not to do a deal.

Assuming there are people on this forum who are like myself and are willing to help out complete strangers that they do not know, I was hoping someone could email me an excel example you use at work. My excel skills are fairly good, but I definitely could improve on formatting and organization.
