How would you rate my comp?

Title: Analyst

YOE: 1 year not including internships, started somewhere else, in RE for a few months now

Firm: Development/investment firm

Location: Florida

Comp: $80K base, 10% bonus (will have to wait to see what actual bonus is)

How many of years of work experience does one typically need to become a development associate? What could one expect for comp for a new development associate in a MCOL area? Looking to stay in development so I'm guessing this would the correct path, unless there are any other options.

I'll give a datapoint for a role I'm starting in 2 weeks for a mega-developer

Title: Associate/Analyst (development & investment job family). Post-MBA title is Sr Associate. Was told ~2-3yr runway to senior if I am good.

YOE: 2.5YOE post-grad, 0 in real estate. Had some related college internships first at mega-GC's and then a boutique REPE.

Location: SE

Comp: First 12mo is 120k. Recurring comp is 95k + 10% "target" bonus. No clue what bonus will actually be but would imagine closer to 20? I figure 2023 all in will be somewhere around 115k (~100k + ~15%) if I had to throw a shot in the dark? No clue and I didn't negotiate.

Honestly I’ve wanted to be in dev for years since growing up doing GC/laborer work in HS. So I didn’t even give a second thought before signing my offer. Dream come true for me even if all my friends outside of RE think I’m crazy for taking a 1/3 paycut.
