Respected name and good retail operators. Cool story too- apparently they sold their portfolio prior to ‘08 and then bought it back after.

I’ve worked with them directly before. I think they just got lucky before the GFC by selling. They own gateway office and won’t be as lucky this time around.

I received an offer from them within the last five years. $200k guaranteed (salary + bonus) for a PM role in a SE market. I turned it down because I would have been dedicated to a 10-15 year massive mixed-use project with no end in sight and a ton of hair on it. Wanted more geographic exposure. They’re definitely still able to attract capital/fund raise from what I’ve seen but maybe it varies by market/office.
