San Francisco: Eastdil vs JLL vs CBRE
I’m trying to gauge the volume at these shops in SF. Is Eastdil superior to JLL and CBRE? From a junior perspective I’m just curious to know how different the top players are. It’s all one market so idk how much is actually going on to be split between the top shops.
All solid options on the capital markets side. I'd say Eastdil is a cut above the rest, then JLL, followed closely by CBRE. A lot of it is obviously very team-dependent.
Anyone know/know anything about the SF Eastdil Debt placement team? Reputation, institutional connections, etc? Thanks in advance
