Seattle Development Firms

Hi all, I was wondering if anyone here has a list of knowledge of some of the best multifamily developers in the Seattle/ PNW market with offices in Seattle. I am about to begin an MSRE program in the area and I want to start building out a list of companies to look out for and who I should be reaching out to/ talking with. Any help on this is greatly appreciated.

What gives you that impression? You're not necessarily wrong as to be honest it doesn't seem as attractive as working at a non-affordable housing shop, but I am open to what I think can give me the best opportunities. I want to be somewhere where I can get as much actual deal experience as possible and if in this current market that means an affordable developer, then I would be more than happy to take that.

Just reading the other responses and the general impression I get from this site.  Usually someone interested in affordable asks specifically, and if they don't, they don't care at all, but I am glad that you are an exception!

Know any affordable housing developers in Southern California?

There are a lot of them.  Renaissance, Lincoln Ave Capital, Affirmed, CRP, USA Properties... California is a big center for affordable.  Or a lot of them have HQs there
