HELP! please trash my resume!

Hey! I come from a non-target school in Nicaragua, I recently moved to Finland to do my mandatory military service here, and I am planning on breaking into Sales & Trading in London once Im done with the military. At the moment my CV is SHIIIIT! And coming from a not-so-good-university, without the amazing grades, and without the experience make it kind of difficult. Which is why I'm asking for your help so you guys can help me out to improve my CV.
Do you think this format is good? Or should I stick to a more traditional one?
Also I have a picture in my CV because I have read that in Europe that's the norm. Recruiters prefer to form a relation between your face and CV just out of practicality. What would you have to say about it?
Further on, what should I take out, fix, add? How shit is it? Any help/trashing comments would be greatly appreciated!!
(I am uploading the CV as an image just for the purpose of this post)
