Resume style for 10+ YoE. 1 page v 2 page.

Hello everyone,

I'm currently working in real estate within professional services (non-finance/investment) and have recently relocated to the US. I'm navigating through the local customs and trying to understand the nuances.

I've come across conflicting advice regarding resume length—1 page versus 2 pages. While I've read that keeping it to 1 page is recommended, it seems challenging as it only allows me to list about 2/3 of my jobs with a single bullet point and no room for a 'profile' section.

On the other hand, I've seen suggestions that 2 pages are acceptable for individuals with 10+ years of experience. However, I'm concerned that a longer resume might be off-putting for recruiters and HR.

Currently, I'm taking a slow and methodical approach to troubleshoot my resume, considering the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HR as potential weak points in my job search.

Any insights or advice would be greatly appreciated.
