Career Advice for prospective/new monkey?

Ivy day was rough - I was waitlisted at 4 schools and accepted by none. Assuming I don't get of the wait list, I'll probably end up going to a non-target/semi-target (WashU). I know that my chances aren't the best, but I really want to break into IB (preferably healthcare IB). Does anyone have any suggestions to improve my chances? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

FWIW, I plan to double major in neuroscience and finance at WashU. I also got into Georgia tech, and I can major in cs there, if that's better.
