BC Carrol School of Management VS IU Kelley for IB

I am international student admitted to Carrol School of Management as a finance major and IU Bloomington as pre-business major. I am set on doing finance with the hopes getting into investment banking after undergraduate. From my research I feel CSOM has a slight edge in IB recruitment over Kelley, but I would really like to hear the opinion of everyone.

While I'm not a direct admit to Kelley I am confident of getting admission as a standard admit. The cost of attending CSOM will be 80k per year and the cost of attending IU would be 50k pee year. Considering these factors what would be your suggestion? I feel BC CSOM may be better but is it worth 30k more?

Thanks
