Frankfurt School of Finance good for IB?
Hi im planning to do my Bachelor in Business Administration with specialization in Banking & Finance at the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management.
My current avg gpa is 11/15 so there is definitely no possibility for me of going into some of the really good public schools like Mannheim.
My goal is to finish my Bachelor with a good GPA and then either directly breaking into IB or getting a Master in Finance at a Target School in the UK.
Is this realistic? I know WHU would also be a option but it seems like its more into the consulting area
If your German is around C1, yes. Otherwise not really
same for any Germany B school?
Check the LinkedIn - they have a large group of graduates at major banks. But regarding the individual case - language is the most important factor.
Furthermore, it is also easier to get a high GPA there.
Pretty good placement in FRA, elsewhere less. A ton of alumnis at IB/PE given location and strong finance focus
IF you are german and want to stay there yes but otherwise not really (not so known worldwide). Good luck
What about working in IB there and then doing a MBA in some other country to switch?
