HBS 2+2? Am I eligible for this?
Here’s my info:
I did a 2 years stint at a commercial bank right after high school.
This was in Japan, my home country, and happened “before” I went to Georgia Tech(I went to college late)
After college, I entered another bank, and have been doing FX trade for a year now.
Apparently the HBS 2+2 thingy requires 2 years of experience. But all over the page they’re marked “after graduation”
Then.. um.. am I eligible? I’ve worked in banking for 3 years in total but 2 of’em were pre-college.
The ebullient staff members of HBS just wont provide me with quick answers.
Need you’re help guys, I know you’re out there. =)
no you are not eligible
I think you need to attend harvard college(undergrad) to be eligible.
No...kraken isn't exactly correct. You need to be in junior year of ANY college to be eligible to apply with your GMAT taken. Since you already graduated you are not eligible and would have to apply to Harvard grad the normal way as most people do.
It's for people currently in undergrad who plan to work for 2 years and then attend B-school. Good for banker types.
Does anyone else think this trend in younger mba candidates is a bad thing? I thought a big benefit of b-school was learning from your own classmates' experiences...
you need to be a junior in college which you're not. so no, u cant apply. after working for 2 years u do an MBA at harvard
