Help me decide a school!

Hello everyone, for context I'm a high school senior from California looking to go into IB. I recently was accepted to USC Marshall and UMICH LSA. Both of these schools are very expensive for me (USC at 86k a year and UMICH at 75k a year) and would result in a lot of debt from loans. Would it be worth going there or should I go to a community college and try to transfer to UC Berkeley or UCLA. Any guidance would be appreciated.
